He is also the host and founder of the energetic and value-packed Loan Officer Leadership Podcast, one of the top podcasts for Loan Officers across the nation. Steve is passionate about coaching other loan officers as he shares tools that help them succeed in their business.
Steve started in the real estate industry in his early 20’s buying and flipping homes. Being in the mortgage business for over 17 years, he has built a dynamic team that is highly committed to helping every client and business partner succeed. He is passionate about using mortgage as one more way to make a difference in the Houston community.
He is husband to his best friend, Stephanie, and father to three amazing kids: Ethan (10), Lucas (6) and Eliana (3). In his spare time, he spends time with his family tending to their farm and chickens.

15 yrs or so ago, the thought of buying electronics , groceries, products and services online, was never even imaginable. Yet today its part of our daily life's and was done with the availability of huge internet platforms with multibillion dollar investments pumped into it.
3 month ago, my company wanted me to relocate back to Houston from Dubai. Being 13,000miles away (+ 9 hrs time diff) from what is really happening with housing market in the US and specifically in Houston, my thoughts where; wait until I land before initiating the house hunt and should be able to land a house in no time.

Looking for a house in a brand new city we’ve never lived in before can be challenging. Not knowing the real estate market and the local trend can be scary. Irina guided us all the way from the very beginning. Just before moving to Houston,
Irina found us a house to lease first and then started looking for homes in the areas we think we wanted to be in.
Irina took us around and looked at many homes in many different neighborhoods before deciding on a neighborhood. We found a listing that we wanted to offer so the negotiation began.
