About Kendyl

Kendyl Maurer began her real estate career in 2007 at just 19 years old, bringing early determination, drive and a genuine passion for helping others. Originally from Fredericksburg, Texas, she moved to Houston with no established connections - only a clear vision and strong work ethic. After earning her real estate license, Kendyl joined the respected team led by Wayne and Jackie Murray, where she found a lasting professional home. 

From the outset, Kendyl's talent was evident, closing her first sale almost immediately. Known for her ability to connect authentically with clients and deliver consistent results, she has built a reputation for personalized service and trusted guidance throughout every stop of the real estate process.
